Lucia Sartori – Psychotherapist
Building Trust and Reaching New Clients
This project was created for Lucia Sartori, a psychotherapist who wanted an online presence that reflected her professional, welcoming, and human approach. The website needed to be easy to navigate, convey trust and professionalism, and provide an intuitive experience for visitors. The goal was to create a platform that supports interaction with patients and clearly presents the services offered, professional background, and contact information.

Creative Process:
The website design followed an iterative process, starting with research to understand the client's needs and the end users' expectations. I first developed wireframes to define the website structure, and then designed the interface with a user-centered approach, aiming to make the experience as smooth and intuitive as possible.
The site was designed with a color palette that evokes calm and serenity, in line with the therapeutic environment, and features a clean layout that enhances readability and navigation.
Colors Palette:
The color palette was designed to evoke feelings of calmness, trust, and warmth, aligning with the therapeutic environment. The primary colors are soft and neutral, promoting a serene and welcoming atmosphere. These include:
- Soft Yellow for warmth and positivity
- Soft Blues for trust and professionalism
- Gentle Greens representing growth and balance
- Warm Beige for comfort and familiarity
Fonts:
For the typography, I chose a combination of fonts that balance legibility and elegance, suitable for both digital and print use:
- Primary Font: Open Sans – a clean, modern sans-serif font for headings and main text, ensuring clarity and readability across devices.
- Secondary Font: Merriweather – a serif font for body text, adding a touch of sophistication while maintaining readability in longer paragraphs.
Website Development:
The website was built with a fully responsive structure, ensuring an optimal user experience across all devices. The homepage provides an overview of the services, while the inner pages offer more detailed information about Lucia Sartori's professional journey, consultation options, and contact details.
I implemented interactive features such as:
- Contact forms
- Animations to enhance the visual experience
- Navigation system to help users easily find the information they need
Feedback and Results:
The website received positive feedback from Lucia Sartori, who appreciated the patient-oriented approach and the clarity of the information. The website helped increase her online visibility, making it easier for new patients to connect and find essential details.
The user experience was optimized, resulting in shorter navigation times and higher interaction with the content.
Challenges and Solutions:
One of the main challenges was creating a website that was both easy to navigate and visually welcoming, considering the sensitive nature of the subject matter. I addressed this challenge by designing a simple but detailed layout, ensuring every element was easy to understand without compromising the site's aesthetics.
Additionally, I ensured cross-browser compatibility, making sure the website worked seamlessly across all major browsers and devices.
